Restaurant Bistrot 121
|
Le Bistrot 121 is one of the original authentic bistros that played an integral role in shaping the warm, charming reputation of the French capital. And it was a favorite of France's cinema legends Michel Audiard et Jean Gabin. Today, thanks to the Mousset brothers, the bistro has held on to its "luxury Parisian bistro" tradition and the wildly popular Slavik décor (also seen in le Jules Verne, l'Européen, Chez Georges ...) that has had a mark on this city for the past 40 years, with the chic "frenchie" drugstores, the faux bistros, and a décor modeled after the charm of British pubs. |

| Our cuisine is made from fresh ingredients that vary from season to season. Our oysters can be served raw or cooked, we offer a delicious foie gras, the calamari is lightly jumped, the Norwegian lobster is served as a "gratin" with a Sachuan pepper sauce. The Greenland halibut and the chocolate feuillantine (with a touch of orange) is also definitely worth a consideration! |
