Monsieur Claude Layrac, the owner, rightly maintains an old-fashion upscale "bistrot" tradition. You will instantly recognize its unique façade, making it the ideal meeting place. You'll be overtaken by the exquisite cuisine, served to dinner guests in two cozy dining halls. Now all you have to do is choose among a devilishly tempting list: all kinds of poultry (from the French Atlantic coastal city of Challans), kidneys, salmis (French Roasted or Sautéed Game Meats) … the establishment boasts of a clientele that is both elegant and very international. Reservations strongly recommended for this lovely little gourmet stop. You'll love the warm reception and the service is top-notch!
